Healthy Dog Swaps
Here are some healthier alternatives for dog essentials!
It's best to opt for stainless steel, ceramic, silicone or bamboo food + water bowls! These raised ceramic bowls are an amazing cute option.
If you're pup is a fast eater like ours this is a great option! Love that it is plastic free + neutral colored!
3/ Yak Chews
Yak chews are an amazing option for a treat for your pup to chew on! They are low odor + last a long time. Made out of only 4 ingredients, they are a great healthy treat.
4/ Kin+Kind Flea and Tick Spray
I wish I had known about this product sooner!!! This flea + tick spray works sooo well. We live in NY where ticks run rampant :/ They also have a shampoo which is great to have on hand during the warmer months.
5/ Bully Sticks
If you have a teething puppy these are a lifesaver. Even though our pup is out of that phase these are still his favorite treat! They are a great natural treat that is amazing for dental health. I recommend getting this bully stick holder (safety device) to prevent choking on the end of the stick.
6/ Open Farm
Conventional kibble can be heavily processed + packed with unnecessary fillers. Open farm is currently our top choice! It has great ingredients and is more affordable that a few of the other options we have tried.
These are great toys! They are very durable, made out of natural rubber + come in cute colors! Wild one has lots of great dog accessories we love.
