Conventional fragrance products for the home often contain undisclosed ingredients like phthalates and other endocrine disrupters. These chemicals can pose health risks and it is important to prioritize the well-being of our families and pets. Opt for these safer alternatives instead!

3/ Candles: I stopped using candles for years when I learned about all the harmful ingredients in them. Thankfully I have found better alternatives now and it's one of my favorite ways to make my home smell great! It's best to look for candles that are made with soy or beeswax and clean, non toxic fragrance oils or essential oils in them.

4/ Essential oils + diffusers: Another favorite way to make my home smell amazing is with essential oils! I love keeping diffusers in different areas throughout my home. Make sure to use high quality, pure essential oils rather than ones that are mixed with synthetic fragrance. I personally like doterra or plant therapy! My go to oils to diffuse are lemon + lavender.
